Two days Yoga Retreat – October

(Ongoing programme -  classes on registration)

  • Asana (Ashtanga-Mysore Style/Hatha)  -  6  am  to 8.00 pm
  • Break/Breakfast - 8  am  to 10 am
  • Pranayama - 10 am  to  11 am
  • Chanting - 11.30 am  to  12.30 pm
  • Break /Lunch - 12.30 pm  to  2.30 pm
  • Yoga Philosophy/Meditation - 2.30   pm  to  4.30 pm                              

Classes will be restricted to 10 students only (Minimum 2/3 students)
